Susan Hubbart, President & CEO

I met Carol Ricci Lee in 1999, and we immediately felt that connection. We both had the same philosophy about recruiting: We worked toward lasting relationships, built on trust and integrity.

Carol had established Ricci Lee Associates in 1992 and built the company into a premier provider of recruitment services for clients seeking Marketing professionals from mid- to executive level. I joined Carol in 2004, and in 2006, I became President and expanded the practice to include search services for the software enterprise sector.

With more than 20 years in the technical recruiting field, I brought a depth of knowledge acquired from working inside some of Silicon Valley’s most successful companies.

Receiving my Bachelor of Science degree from the University of San Francisco, I started my career in recruiting in 1980, then later joined Korn-Ferry International and from there transitioned into industry recruiting for such companies as Coherent, KLA Instruments (prior to the merger with Tencor), Amdahl, Synopsys, and Yahoo, as well as a number of start-ups in B2B and enterprise software.
