<p>Our client is looking for an experienced, self-motivated and results-driven Marketing Programs Manager to be responsible for developing highly effective demand generation campaigns and programs in conjunction with strategic partners. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of partner marketing, including events, email campaigns, and direct marketing campaigns.</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead the development and management of partner marketing programs designed to generate new sales leads and grow the pipeline</li>
<li>Create and deliver marketing campaign content related to demand generation programs in conjunction with partners.  Ensure that our value propositions are effectively communicated, reach the right target audience and drive conversion.</li>
<li>Lead and manage programs for joint partner events and webinars, developing campaign themes, driving attendance, tracking opportunities and ensuring timely follow up.</li>
<li>Track, test, and analyze data relating to campaign metrics to improve and optimize programs using Marketo and Salesforce.</li>
<li>Report on campaign results, ensuring ROI is measured for all campaigns</li>
<li>Manage and track program budget.</li>
<li>Drive awareness of brand, messaging, positioning and marketing programs to customers and leads.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements </strong><strong></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrated experience in managing Partner Marketing Programs with strategic and/or technology partners.</li>
<li>Proven success driving B2B marketing across a broad range of disciplines including email marketing, online advertising, webinars, tradeshows/events, and paid search.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills with experience developing partner marketing programs, messaging, and offers for IT professionals, and C-level executives.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to understand customer pain points and translate value propositions into compelling campaigns for targeted audiences in conjunction with partners.</li>
<li>Experience with enterprise and SMB messaging is ideal.</li>
<li>A strong understanding of marketing analytics to be able to test, track, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns.</li>
<li>Experience with Salesforce.com and Marketo is desired.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs and priorities.<strong>                  </strong></li>

<p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p>
<p>Our client is looking for an experienced, self-motivated and results-driven Director of Product Marketing &amp; Strategic Alliances to lead product marketing and partner marketing efforts.  This individual will be responsible for the overall go-to-market strategy and execution, including competitive and market dynamic understanding, product level messaging and positioning, identifying new market and partner marketing opportunities.</p>
<ul>
<li>Manage and lead a product marketing and partner marketing team</li>
<li>Define positioning, messaging, segmentation and value proposition across segments to establish the Company’s unique position in the marketplace</li>
<li>Collaborate with product management, sales, marketing communications, PR, business development and other cross-functional teams to maximize market awareness and market leadership</li>
<li>Articulate the value proposition of new and existing products to the sales team</li>
<li>Develop sales materials and tools that support the selling process, including competitive sales guides, presentations, training, and product demos</li>
<li>Lead development of Market Requirements Documents (MRD) and Go To Market planning and execution for release of new products and services</li>
<li>Conduct competitive analyses and define key use cases for new feature releases</li>
<li>Meet with market analysts and influencers, present at trade shows, conferences and webinars</li>
<li>Oversee partner marketing activities with strategic partners</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong><strong></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>7+ years of product marketing experience</li>
<li>2+ years management experience as a group manager/director managing other product marketing managers</li>
<li>Experience with B2B marketing with an established track record of bringing successful products to market</li>
<li>Experience marketing enterprise software and or SaaS</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Exceptional people skills with a proven track record of success interacting with colleagues in cross-functional teams</li>
<li>Bachelor degree in engineering, computer science desirable</li>

<p><strong>Responsibilities<br />

This position is responsible for the development and management of outbound marketing activities to drive demand for our client’s secure file sharing products and solutions worldwide. The successful candidate will have responsibility for understanding the target market, audience, and competition and developing innovative marketing programs to drive demand for the Company products and solutions, with a particular emphasis on integration with enterprise content management systems. This is a high profile position reporting to the VP Marketing.</p>
<ul>
<li>Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiate Company products in the marketplace.</li>
<li>Position Company solution to meet key buyer needs in targeted market segments and vertical markets.</li>
<li>Articulate the value proposition of Company products and develop creative, compelling sales tools for the sales organization to leverage in sales cycles.</li>
<li>Plan and manage the launch of new products and releases.</li>
<li>Evangelize Company products and solutions with the sales team, partners, prospects, press, and analysts</li>
<li>Be the marketing expert on Company target market, audience, and competition.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 5+ years of software product marketing experience including marketing of enterprise content management, products and services.</li>
<li>Experience with any of the following enterprise content management systems desirable: SharePoint, Documentum, OpenText, iManage</li>
<li>Superb writing/communication skills a must with demonstrated ability to communicate at the solution level.</li>
<li>Proven track record in developing thought leadership content such as white papers, case studies, solution guides, presentations, demos, contributed articles and sales training.</li>
<li>Excellent analytical skills to develop insightful competitive analysis.</li>
<li>Ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits.</li>
<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree required, ideally in engineering, computer science</li>
<li>Very strong written and verbal communication skills</li>
