Our client, a red-hot IIoT start-up, is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager who will be responsible for the planning and execution of campaign deliverables.  Having just closed their Series B financing, our client is on the path for growth and looking for employees who are excited about working for a trailblazer …. the first company to deliver to market a secure, scalable network infrastructure for the Industrial Internet of Things.  

We are seeking a smart and energetic marketing professional who relishes taking action in order to get things done quickly and efficiently. You are well organized, proactively look for areas to provide value, and are detail oriented. You excel at building relationships, establishing good communication channels, and clarifying milestones and end goals. You are passionate about continually testing and refining programs and tactics.  

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and executing integrated marketing campaigns, leveraging key educational and promotional content that will drive the required top and middle of funnel responses to meet sales objectives and business goals
  • Managing the flow of leads from multiple campaigns and events into marketing automation systems and to Sales team stakeholders to maximize pipeline generation and conversion; tracking performance of activities to evaluate ROI of programs to enhance effectiveness
  • Managing data including segmentation and reporting, testing, cleaning and optimization
  • Creating the strategy for nurturing our leads through a mix of helpful content and other calls-to-action
  • Growing our database and deepening our relationship with current database members utilizing various channels, collaborating closely with digital marketing experts
  • Identifying and executing A/B testing opportunities, providing analytical insights to improve current campaigns and inform future strategy

Requirements

  • BS degree and  3 – 5 years of  inbound and outbound marketing B2B experience at a technology company
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills 
  • Understanding of the B2B technology purchasing process for large dollar values and how to identify opportunities to create demand and help accelerate opportunities
  • Proficiency with marketing automation systems
  • Proven understanding of how to use content marketing to generate more qualified leads
  • Detail-oriented, metrics-driven and a strong analytical thinker
  • Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to simultaneously orchestrate and manage multiple time-sensitive priorities, from concept through implementation
  • You thrive on your strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to effectively and efficiently work in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points If…

  • You have experience with targeting and segmenting prospect lists for marketing programs
  • You have experience with social media-based programs, events and content marketing
  • You are proficient using Marketo, Google Analytics and Salesforce.com
